Title Case vs Sentence Case: Which Should You Use?
Quick rules for headlines, UI labels, academic titles, and social posts.
Title Case capitalizes major words. Sentence case capitalizes only the first word and proper nouns.
Many product UIs prefer sentence case. Magazines and some blogs still use Title Case for headlines.
Pick one house style and stick to it. Mixed casing looks accidental.
Always fix brand names and acronyms by hand after bulk conversion.
Avoid ALL CAPS for long headlines — it slows reading.
